Club Reward Price
- Club Reward prices are for trade-ins only. If you don't have a piece to trade, regular Purchase Prices will apply.
Club Rebate
- Rebate days are calculated from the date the original purchase is delivered.
- Rebate rates are calculated from the original price the piece was purchased at.
- To qualify, you must purchase your next piece within the number of days specified.

Shipping and Tracking
- All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance.
- Delivery time is typically 3-5 business days for items available in Club inventory.
- Returned items are tracked via delivery confirmation on pre-paid shipping labels.
Transaction and Processing
- Although you can make as many trades as you wish, you may only trade in jewelry one piece at a time.
- Rebates will be processed when returned items are received safely in good condition.
- All online transactions including Club Rebates are through your Paypal account.
Return Policy
- All pieces shipped to you are a result of love, labor and craftsmanship. We ask that you return them in good condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse trade-ins and rebates for returned Item(s) that are damaged or beyond normal wear and tear.
